Tandem Retail Computer Store offers Retail Customers an unrivalled range of products and support from our Retail Shop in Crown Walk, Bourne. Managed by myself, Ray Crane, Tandem Retail Computer Store is a division of Tandem Solutions Group Limited who have been based in Bourne for over 20 years operating as a Business-to-Business IT Support Company.

I have worked for the Tandem Group for over 12 years and have a passion for helping people and solving problems, I’m dedicated to supporting my clients and I have just been nominated for the ‘Best In Bourne’ competition in recognition of helpful attitude to my clients, of which I am very proud.

We are open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays. However, we’re always happy to stay open a little later if you need to drop something off or pick a repair up, ask me nicely and I’ll probably drop your repaired PC off to your house for no additional charge.
